    Chief Scientist

    Raymond Osarogiagbon, MD, MBBS, FACP, is the Chief Scientist at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation as well as Director of the Multidisciplinary Thoracic Oncology Program and the Thoracic Oncology Research (ThOR) Group at the Baptist Cancer Center in Memphis, TN. In addition, Dr. Osarogiagbon is the Principal Investigator of the Baptist Health System/Mid-South Minority-Underserved Consortium NCORP. Dr. Osarogiagbon’s research interests center around improving population-level outcomes of cancer care by improving care delivery systems and processes. He has been involved in the growth of Baptist’s lung cancer initiatives through efforts such as a tobacco control program and low-dose CT lung cancer screenings, with the ultimate goal of reducing lung cancer mortality in the Mid-South.

    Medical Director

    Monique Gary, DO, MSc, FACS, is a board certified, fellowship-trained breast cancer surgeon and Medical Director of the Grand View Health Cancer Program (Penn Cancer Network) in Sellersville, PA, where she also serves as director of the Breast Program. Dr. Gary holds faculty appointments in surgery and serves as the professor for Race & Health Equity at Dartmouth Geisel School of Medicine. She has been published in multimedia and peer reviewed journals, and she serves as a medical advisor/contributor for national breast cancer advocacy organizations like Living Beyond Breast Cancer, Touch, and Tigerlily Foundation. Dr. Gary’s practice specializes in oncoplastic and hidden scar minimally invasive breast cancer surgery as well as genetic risk assessment, cancer nutrition and prevention.

    Senior Member and Associate Center Director of Community Outreach, Engagement, & Equity

    Susan Vadaparampil, PhD, MD, is associate center director of Community Outreach, Engagement & Equity (COEE), and a senior member in the Health Outcomes and Behavior Program in the Division of Population Sciences at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. Her work is influenced by transdisciplinary collaboration, focused on health disparities, and contributes to both the scientific literature and clinical practice. Dr Vadaparampil’s current research focuses on genetic counseling and testing for inherited cancer susceptibility, and breast and cervical cancer prevention/early detection. In 2019, she was awarded the American Cancer Society St. George National Award for over a decade of distinguished community service and contributions to HPV vaccination and cancer health disparities.
